Swedish clothes are the one of our favorite kitchen helpers because they absorb so mightily and can be reused many times. They replace the conventional tissue paper. In fact we like them so much, we exchange them as gifts during Christmas time with family. We want to have a way to dry them easily, hence this Swedish cloth drying rack. A family member reported back saying that it even works as sponge drying rack. Great!
